Delivery
If you are ordering a mug gift hamper to be sent direct to the recipient, please checkout your order separate from other items, as shipping address is at checkout and it can not be be written in gift message.
We have now changed the online shop shipping method. Most of our gift hampers are free delivery, however some other items such as individual mugs are plus delivery.
We have now made it so that you can shop for other items and be charged by weight, so starting at small parcel which is now £4.00, then the price increases the heavier the parcel. This will benefit the customer, as we won't have to charge £4 for every mug, which means you can buy approximately five mugs in one small parcel.
We send items by Royal mail and larger parcels, by parcel force.

On selected mug gift hampers the standard delivery charge is FREE, otherwise it is priced from £4.00 depending on product/weight you are purchasing.
We only deliver to UK at present.
We find this is the most cost effective way to send your parcel, parcels are handled in a better manner than couriers.
Standard delivery is based on a small parcel, for larger orders going to one address, it would be better for you to discuss with me your best options.
DISPATCH Monday - FRIDAY (expect bank holidays)
If you order on a Friday or over the weekend it will be dispatched the next working day Normally Monday or Tuesday , No dispatches on bank holidays. We will be dispatching a times through the week, if you would like to find out our next dispatch please text 07703 627366.
All mugs and mug hampers will be dispatched using royal mail signed for delivery, so we can track if it has been delivered. With Covid restrictions, the postperson with sign on your behalf when they deliver it to you at the door. Also postage dates may be a little longer at present.

Royal mail estimate to deliver next working day (1-3 days), in most cases this happens, however this is not guaranteed in present times. It is the quickest way and most do get their and delivery includes Saturdays in some areas.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed Standard 2nd class or 1st Class on Friday , Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on approximately Monday/Tuesday. Extra charge is per Item as they may have to be sent out individually.

We will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as we can, however it is beyond our control any delays with royal mail. At present with COVID-19 the royal mail have been experiencing delays, please take this into account as parcels may take longer to be delivered.
