What is your refund & Exchange Policy ?
Buy with confidence. If your mug is damaged on arrival, Do not despair, we offer a return and exchange.
Please refer to our refund policy.
Our mugs are packaged well, however if on arrival the mug is damaged please notify us with 48hrs by email email@example.com and please include a photo(s). Keep all contents and original packaging. After this time we are unable to offer an exchange.
After viewing your email, if a return is accepted we will send you a returns label.
Please return at your nearest click and drop post office the whole mug gift set contents and in its original packaging. Download and print off the label from your email that we send you and the postage will be paid for.
Once we receive and sign for the delivery, we will then arrange to send out another mug gift hamper to replace. If your original mug is out of stock you will be offered another mug gift hamper. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds and you cannot exchange for the cash equivalent.
Do you do International Delivery?
Unfortunately NO we do not do international delivery. We only delivery to the United Kingdom.
What if the item has not arrived?
If the item has not arrived and 3-5 days have passed, please get in touch and I will try and update you. With the current times with Covid, Royal mail are experiencing delays, so sometimes it is taking a little longer to arrive. However it is not a problem to check with us, we will be happy to help. We can track and see if delivery has been made or not.
Do you include billing information?
We do not include billing information as we sell our products mainly as gifts straight to the recipient, so please do not worry we will never include this.
I've placed an order, however put wrong delivery address?
If you contact us via email as soon as you realise, If it's not been dispatched...then yes we can. Once it's dispatched unfortunately it's out of our hands.
Where are the mugs produced?
The mugs are purchased Via a UK Supplier however the mugs are produced abroad, mainly in China. The Artist of the Majority of the mugs is a Yorkshire Artist. So it's combining the best of both English Artists and mugs Produced abroad, giving a beautiful but affordable gift. The mugs we source are always expanding so it may vary where they are produced.
I would like to send a gift urgently, can this be done?
If you want to send a gift urgently then you can text 07703 627366 and find out when we can dispatch next. Please ensure you let us know it's urgent dispatch and do not order before you have had a reply. You would also need to choose first class delivery at Checkout, which will add an extra cost. We may also be able to offer other express postage options at an extra fee.
