Frequently asked questions
Can I return my Mug Gift Set or Mug?
Only If your Mug gift set or mug arrives to you damaged,..then yes you can return it and we will re send once we are in receipt of it. However it can not be refunded in exchange for money . It also can not be exchanged for a different design, unless we don't have the same mug in stock.
We will send you the appropriate pre-paid Label to return your parcel at a Click and drop post office near you. If you have emailed me within 24 hours of delivery (please note you must check your nearest click and drop as not all post offices offer this service or I am happy to check for you, if it helps). It must be sent back packaged as received and you must obtain proof of postage.
We will be happy to exchange it for another mug gift set or mug depending on what the original order was, (however subject to stock for the same design and processing could take up to 18 days).
If you purchased assorted mugs the same above applies, However you will only need to return the mug(s) that have been damaged.
Firstly please email Michelle within 24 hours of delivery and please include photos if possible.
We will confirm we have received your request and forward details how and where to return to.
Please note it must be returned in the original packaging and contents complete.
Turn the outer package inside out to apply returns label, once received from us.
Please note that we check our mugs thoroughly before sending and package them well, so it is unlikely that they should get damaged.
